With this level of explosive growth, there was a constant need to find the best talent available in an ultra-competitive tech market. As Zendesk evolved from an SMB to an Enterprise solution he personally built out an internal executive search function from the ground up covering all orgs within the business from G&A, to GTM, to Product & Engineering. Aleck specialized in building deep relationships with C-Staff Executives and their teams in order to truly understand the tangible & intangible needs of their individual departments and learned how best to communicate with each of them on a personal basis to get to the best hire in the shortest amount of time.
