Exclusive & Dedicated Executive Search partnership between the client and Truth In Talent, wherein there is an upfront fee to launch the search and then agreed-upon milestones for performance up to the point an offer is accepted. Best approach to your most critical searches to ensure no duplication of efforts and create a much better candidate experience.

CONTINGENT
Non-exclusive search, wherein the client partners with multiple search firms & their inhouse team and where Truth In Talent would only receive a fee if their candidate(s) were to receive and accept an offer. Usually a good tactic if you have an in house team that hasn’t yet produced results but will be remaining on the search and/or other agencies haven’t been successful.
